These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SnapDoc mobile application and related services.
SnapDoc is operated by Mejoy Infinite Limited (“SnapDoc,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using SnapDoc, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application or purchase a paid service.
SnapDoc may allow you to:
Features may vary depending on your device, operating system, application version, subscription plan, language, or region.
SnapDoc may provide both free and paid services.
Free services may be subject to feature limitations, usage limits, advertisements, processing limits, or other restrictions described within the application.
Paid services may provide access to premium features, increased usage limits, additional AI tools, enhanced document functions, or other benefits described on the purchase screen.
The exact features included in each subscription plan will be displayed before purchase.
We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue free or paid features, provided that we will continue to provide paid access during an active subscription period as required by applicable law and App Store rules.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use SnapDoc on a device you own or control.
You may not:
These restrictions apply except where prohibited by applicable law.
You retain your rights to documents, images, text, notes, and other content that you create, import, recognize, edit, or save through SnapDoc.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use, process, edit, store, export, or share your content.
When you use an AI feature, you authorize SnapDoc to transmit the selected text and related instructions to OpenAI solely to generate the result you requested and provide the relevant feature.
This limited processing does not transfer ownership of your original content to SnapDoc, OpenAI, or Mejoy Infinite Limited.
Documents, recognized text, and knowledge base content are primarily stored locally on your device.
Unless SnapDoc clearly provides a separate backup or synchronization feature, we do not guarantee that your content will be automatically backed up, synchronized, uploaded, or recoverable.
Local content may be lost if you:
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important content.
Uninstalling SnapDoc does not cancel an active paid subscription.
Text-recognition results may contain errors, omissions, or formatting problems.
Accuracy may be affected by image quality, lighting, language, font, page layout, image orientation, handwriting, or other factors.
You must review recognized text before using it for legal, financial, medical, academic, contractual, professional, or other important purposes.
SnapDoc does not guarantee that recognized text will be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.
SnapDoc uses OpenAI to provide optional AI-assisted text-processing features.
AI-generated results may:
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI-generated content before using, saving, publishing, submitting, or sharing it.
AI-generated content does not constitute legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, academic, or other professional advice and should not be the sole basis for an important decision.
Do not submit passwords, payment information, identity documents, medical records, trade secrets, confidential business information, or other highly sensitive content through AI features.
OpenAI’s services are also subject to OpenAI’s own terms, policies, technical limitations, content rules, and service availability.

These classifications are provided for convenience and may not always match your own judgment.
SnapDoc cannot determine whether a photo or video is important to you. No media file will be deleted without your selection and confirmation.
You are responsible for carefully reviewing selected files before deleting them.
To the extent permitted by law, SnapDoc is not responsible for content that you mistakenly select and confirm for deletion.
SnapDoc may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to paid features for a stated subscription period.
Before purchasing, the application will display the subscription name, duration, price, included features, and any applicable introductory offer or free trial.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple or the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed Fees, applicable taxes, and any permitted renewal charges to your selected payment method.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple are linked to the Apple account used to complete the purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period until canceled.
Apple may charge your selected payment method no more than 24 hours before the applicable renewal date, subject to Apple’s current billing rules.
If you choose to subscribe to a paid service, you agree to pay the fees (“Fees”) displayed or quoted at the time of purchase.
Applicable taxes may be calculated based on your billing information, country, region, or App Store storefront.
You are responsible for other charges associated with accessing or using the paid service, including internet charges, mobile data charges, bank charges, and currency-conversion or foreign-exchange charges imposed by your payment provider.
You will pay the Fees in the currency displayed at the time of purchase.
We may change the currencies in which SnapDoc subscriptions are offered, except where prohibited by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time.
A price change will not retroactively change the amount already paid for the current subscription period.
Where required by Apple or applicable law, you may receive advance notice of a price increase and may be required to consent to the new price before the subscription renews.
If consent is required and you do not consent, the subscription may not renew.
Price decreases or promotional offers may apply only as described by Apple or on the relevant purchase screen.
SnapDoc may occasionally offer free trials, introductory prices, promotional offers, or discounted subscription periods.
Eligibility, duration, price, included features, and renewal terms will be displayed before you accept the offer.
Unless canceled before the end of the trial or promotional period, the subscription may automatically convert to the standard paid subscription displayed at the time of enrollment.
Availability and eligibility may be determined by Apple, your subscription history, your region, or other applicable conditions.
Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may be modified or withdrawn where permitted by law.
You may cancel a subscription purchased through Apple at any time through your Apple account subscription settings.
On an iPhone or iPad, subscriptions can generally be managed by opening:

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges.
Unless otherwise required by law or Apple’s rules, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid subscription period. You may continue using the paid features until that period expires.
Deleting SnapDoc, deleting local documents, or stopping use of the application does not automatically cancel your subscription.
You are responsible for canceling through the payment provider that bills you.
Purchases and subscriptions billed through Apple are subject to Apple’s payment, cancellation, and refund policies.
Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases must generally be submitted to Apple.
Mejoy Infinite Limited does not control Apple’s decision to approve or deny a refund.
Except where required by law, canceling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period, and unused subscription time is not automatically refunded or credited.
If a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, or purchase cancellation is issued, we may remove or adjust access to the corresponding paid features.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer rights available under applicable law.
If a subscription payment cannot be completed, Apple or the relevant payment provider may retry the charge, request an updated payment method, suspend renewal, or end the subscription.
Access to paid features may be limited or removed if your subscription expires, is canceled, is refunded, or cannot be successfully renewed.
Any billing grace period is provided at our discretion or according to the payment provider’s rules and is not guaranteed.
Where supported, you may use the Restore Purchases function to restore an eligible subscription purchased using the same Apple account.
Restoring purchases does not create a new subscription and does not transfer a subscription between different Apple accounts.
You may need an internet connection and access to the Apple account originally used for the purchase.
You may not use SnapDoc to:
We may restrict access to online or paid features where reasonably necessary to protect SnapDoc, its service providers, users, or the public.
SnapDoc’s software, design, interface, branding, graphics, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to Mejoy Infinite Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of SnapDoc or its intellectual property to you.
Your lawful original content remains owned by you or its respective rights holder.
SnapDoc may depend on third-party services, including OpenAI, Apple, operating-system frameworks, text-recognition technology, payment services, and technical infrastructure providers.
Third-party services may be modified, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued independently of SnapDoc.
Local document features may generally work without an internet connection, but AI features, subscription verification, purchase restoration, and some paid features may require network access.
We do not guarantee that SnapDoc or any third-party service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may update, modify, add, or remove SnapDoc features to:
We do not guarantee that every free or paid feature will remain available permanently.
However, material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and App Store requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnapDoc is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mejoy Infinite Limited and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using SnapDoc and uninstall the application at any time.
We may restrict access to online or paid features if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, fraudulently access paid features, threaten application security, or create legal or operational risk.
Termination or restriction does not automatically cancel payment obligations already incurred or an active subscription managed through Apple.
Provisions concerning payments, content rights, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute-related matters will survive termination where applicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Mejoy Infinite Limited is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws of your country or region.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to SnapDoc, paid services, pricing, applicable law, App Store requirements, security practices, or third-party services.
The updated version will display a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where required by applicable law, we may provide notice before material changes take effect.
Your continued use of SnapDoc after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
